Comments:

David Lee Reagan was born on March 28, 1961 in Virginia Beach, Virginia Beach City, Virginia. He served as a Corporal in the US Marine Corps. On September 3, 1982, David was a combat engineer assigned to clear the airport of land mines and other explosives. A 155-mm "cluster" shell, of the type supplied by the U.S. to Israel, exploded on the east side of the runway at the Beirut International Airport (now called Beirut–Rafic Hariri International Airport which is located 9 kilometers (5.6 mi) from the city center in the southern suburbs of Beirut, Lebanon), killing him and wounding three other Marines. The shell was apparently left over from the heavy fighting between Israeli troops and guerrillas of the P.L.O. He is now buried in the Woodlawn Memorial Gardens, Norfolk, Norfolk City, Virginia, USA.
