Robert J. Conroy served in the 373rd Bomber Squadron, 308th Bomber Group, Heavy as a Sergeant and Gunner of an aircraft during World War II. He was Killed in Action on January 15, 1944 in China and is now buried in the Evergreen Cemetery and Mausoleum, Evergreen Park, Cook County, Illinois, USA.
