William S. Conroy, Jr. was born on November 25, 1921. He served in the 1327th Army Air Force Base Unit as a First Lieutenant. He died on February 2, 1945 at the age of 23 and is now buried in the National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific, Honolulu, Honolulu County, Hawaii, USA. William was one of over 2000 Americans who lost their lives defending China from their Japanese invaders from 1941-1945.
