Kenneth H. Jensen was born on September 28, 1923. He served in the 27th Troop Carrier Squadron as a Flight Officer and Co-Pilot of an aircraft. Kenneth died on September 23, 1944 at the age of 20 and is now buried in the Bluffs Trinity Lutheran Cemetery, Fremont, Dodge County, Nebraska, USA. He served as an aviator in WWII and was one of over 2000 Americans who lost their lives defending China from their Japanese invaders from 1941-1945. He is commemorated on the The Monument to the Aviation Martyrs in the War of Resistance Against Japan in Nanjing, China.
