James F. Schlick was born in 1924. He served in the 1333rd Army Air Force Base Unit as a Private First Class and Radio Operator during World War II. He died on February 12, 1945 and is now buried in the Sylvan Cemetery, Sylvan, Osceola County, Michigan, USA in a common grave with other men. Pfc Schlick was one of over 2000 Americans who lost their lives defending China from their Japanese invaders from 1941-1945.
