Ruie W. Suggs, Jr. was born on May 2, 1920. He served in the US Air Corps as a Second Lieutenant during World War II. He died on September 15, 1943 at the age of 23 and is now buried in the Memorial Park Cemetery, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, USA. 2Lt Suggs was one of over 2000 Americans who lost their lives defending China from their Japanese invaders from 1941-1945.
