Milton E. Glaub was born on July 17, 1925. He served in the US Air Corps as a Sergeant and Radio Operator of an aircraft during World War II. He died on August 1, 1945 at the age of 20 and is now buried in the Rock Island National Cemetery, Rock Island, Rock Island County, Illinois, USA in a common grave with 1Lt Boggus. Sgt Glaub was one of over 2000 Americans who lost their lives defending China from their Japanese invaders from 1941-1945. He is also commemorated on the The Monument to the Aviation Martyrs in the War of Resistance Against Japan in Nanjing, China.
