Paul Pedersen Thomle was born on May 2, 1907, in Vestre Toten Kommune, Oppland Fylke, Norway. He emigrated to the United States on Apr 15, 1930. He served in the 99th Infantry Battalion (Separate) as a Pvt during World War II. He was killed in battle during the Canal Drive in September 1944 liberation of Belgian Limburg. Pvt Thomle is now buried in the Henri-Chapelle American Cemetery, Hombourg, Belgium.
