Wilson J. Reulet was born on February 10, 1918, in Vacherie, St. James Parish, Louisiana. He was the son of Placide Jean Reulet Sr. and Eve Ockman Reulet.
Wilson served in the 116th Infantry Regiment, 29th Infantry Division, as a Corporal during World War II. He was Killed in Action on August 7, 1944, during the liberation of Vire, France. Cpl Reulet is now buried in the Our Lady of Peace Catholic Cemetery and Mausoleum, Vacherie, St. James Parish, Louisiana, USA.
