"Glady" Klesath Ewing. He served in the 32nd Bomb Squadron, 301st Bomb Group, Heavy, as a Major and Pilot/Commanding Officer on numerous combat missions throughout the European theater.

He also served in World War II, the Korean War, and the Vietnam War, as a Colonel.

Col Ewing died in an auto accident in the Dayton area on September 28, 1969. He is now buried in the Woodland Cemetery and Arboretum, Dayton, Montgomery County, Ohio, USA.Source of information: www.32ndbombsquadron.org, www.301bg.com
