Ce Memorial detruit par les forces Nazies le 13 decembre 1941 a été reconstruit pour témoigner reconnaissannce aux unis d-Amérique et fidélité a un idéal commun de liberté sa reconstruction a été célébrée le 24 juin 1989.
Translation:
This memorial, destroyed by Nazi forces on December 13, 1941, was rebuilt to demonstrate gratitude to the United States of America and fidelity to a common ideal of freedom; its reconstruction was celebrated on June 24, 1989.
