A weathered standard military upright gravestone.

The Isolated Burial of Private William Driscoll who was born in County Cork, Ireland and immigrated to Buffalo, New York in 1915.  He served in Company I of the 307th Infantry Regiment, 77th Infantry Division during WW1.  He was killed in action on September 19, 1918 in France near the St. Mihiel battlefield; his grave stone is inscribed September 9, 1918.*
