Zum Gedenken an die beiden am 26.7.1944
in St. Jakob im Walde abgestürzten U.S.- Flugzeugbesatzungen.
Acht Soldaten der 15. U.S.- Air Force fanden dabei den Tod.
In memory of the two air crews of the 15th. United States Air Force, 301st Bomb Group, who crash landed in the vicinity of St. Jakob im Walde on July 26th, 1944. Eight of the Airmen lost their lives, twelve survived.
