In the middle of the memorials.
MonumentA large rust-toned metal Cross of Lorraine is reinforced by a diagonally angled support beam bearing three square plaques, two on the front and one on the back, honoring the 79th U.S. Infantry Division and the liberation of Alsace during World War II, with the inscriptions written in French. The monument was made by David Roehlly.
