The site lies approximately 1.1 km southeast of Batzendorf Town Hall, at the rural road junction where Route D139 meets Route D444, just before the slip road leading onto the major bypass D1340 in northern Alsace, France. The site is located on the northwestern edge of the D1340 interchange, positioned between open agricultural fields, slightly northeast of Batzendorf and northwest of Niederschaeffolsheim.
