A white signpost with black lettering commemorating Lt Harry W. Strahlendorf of the 404th Fighter Squadron, 371st Fighter Group. Lt Strahendorf was shot down while flying P-47 Thunderbolt (42-76345) "Eddie Nor II"on June 24, 1944. The town Square in named in his honor.
