Alfred Radandt was born on September 23, 1890 in Milwaukee County, Wisconsin. He served in the U.S. Army during World War I as a Private in Company G, 28th Infantry Regiment, 1st Infantry Division. He was Killed in Action on July 19, 1918 (at the age of 27) in France and is now buried in Good Hope Cemetery, Greenfield, Milwaukee County, Wisconsin, USA. His surname is inscribed on the Buzancy monument as Radant.
