Marion F. Fuller entered the military service in Washington. He served in the U.S. Army during Wolrd War I as a Private in Company D, 18th Infantry Regiment, 1st Infantry Division. He was Killed in Action but declared "Missing" on July 18, 1918 and is memorialized on Tablets of the Missing, Aisne-Marne American Cemetery, Belleau, France. His name is commemorated on the Buzancy monument in the MISSING IN ACTION section of the monument.
