Thomas Abrahams was born in 1896 in Syria. Pvt Abrahams and Company A of the 101st Infantry Regiment of the 26th Division sailed from Hoboken aboard the USS Tenadores on 7 Sep 1917 landing at St. Nazaire on 21 Sep 1917. He served in the U.S. Army during World War I as a Private in Company A, 26th Infantry "Yankee" Division. He died of disease or on October 22, 1918 in France and is now buried in St. Mihiel American Cemetery, Thiaucourt, France.
