Machinist on board the B17 "Ensign Mary", SN 42.31648, code LF-H, which took off from Kimbolton in the UK on a bombing run to Aerodrome at Laon-Couvron on 16 Jun 1944. The aircraft was hit by flak and the entire crew, except for the pilot and Sergeant Tuller, bailed out. Staff Sergeant Tullier did not make it out of the plane and was mortally injured in the crash, which occurred at 1853 on the plateau of Monvinet outside of Pontpoint, France. MACR 5988.
