Charles W. Sizemore was born on April 27, 1924. He was the son of Allen I Sizemore and Mary Ann Wilson Sizemore. He served in the U.S. Army during World War II as a Technician Fifth Grade in the 286th Signal Company. He died on June 11, 1944 in France at the age of 20 and is now buried in Pigeon Forge Baptist Cemetery, Pigeon Forge, Sevier County, Tennessee, USA.
