Warren John Caprai was born on October 29, 1921 in Idaho. He was the son of John Joseph Caprai and Bessie Clare Vanderhoff Caprai. Warren served in the U.S. Army during World War II as a Private in the 16th Infantry Regiment, 1st Infantry Division. He was Killed in Action on January 14, 1945 during the Battle of the Bulge in Belgium at the age of 23 and is now buried in Evergreen Cemetery, Priest River, Bonner County, Idaho, USA.
