Charles R. Price was born on August 25, 1925 in Harrison County, Kentucky. He was the son of Lyman Smith Price and Jennie F. Ecklar Price. Charles served in the U.S. Army during World War II as a Private First Class in the 16th Infantry Regiment, 1st Infantry Division. He died on January 19, 1945 at the age of 19 and is now buried in Battle Grove Cemetery, Cynthiana, Harrison County, Kentucky, USA.
