Glenn Joseph Kringle was born on June 27, 1914 in Wisconsin. He was the son of Joseph Kringle and Goldie Mae Edgette Kringle. Glenn served in the U.S. Army during World War II as a Technician Fifth Grade in the 18th Infantry Regiment, 1st Infantry Division. He died on February 2, 1945 at the age of 30 and is now buried in Henri-Chapelle American Cemetery, Hombourg, Belgium. His name is commemorated on the First Infantry monument in Bullingen, Belgium and ranked as a Corporal.
