Lawrence H. Hall was born on August 30, 1914. He enlisted in the Army on October 15, 1940, prior to the war, in Rutland, Vermont. He was noted, at the time of his enlistment, as being Single, without dependents. Lawrence served as a Private, Battery B, 33rd Field Artillery Battalion, U.S. Army during World War II. He resided in Addison County, Vermont prior to the war. He was Killed in Action on December 28, 1944 at the age of 30 and is now buried in Saint Peter's Cemetery, Vergennes, Addison County, Vermont, USA.
