Daniel B. Martin was born on June 22, 1922. He served in the US Air Corps as a Second Lieutenant and Co-Pilot of an aircraft during World War II. He died on March 24, 1945 at the age of 22 and is now buried in the Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery, Lemay, St. Louis County, Missouri, USA. Daniel was one of over 2000 Americans who lost their lives defending China from their Japanese invaders from 1941-1945.
