Henry Biever was born in October 1889 in Port Washington, Ozaukee County, Wisconsin. He was the son of Charles Biever and Magdalena Mangel Biever. Henry served in the 2nd Anti-Aircraft Battery, Coast Artillery Corps as a Corporal during World War I. He died on September 30, 1918 at the age of 28 and is now buried in the Holy Cross Cemetery and Mausoleum, Milwaukee, Milwaukee County, Wisconsin, USA.
