Earl W. Roggenbauer was born on April 25, 1922. He served in the 91st Fighter Squadron, 81st Fighter Group as a Second Lieutenant during World War II. He died on January 17, 1945 and is now buried in the National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific, Honolulu, Honolulu County, Hawaii, USA. 2Lt Roggenbauer was one of over 2000 Americans who lost their lives defending China from their Japanese invaders from 1941-1945.
