Constantinos D. Karatsikis was born on June 18, 1921 in Greece. He was a volunteer with ties to Greece that assisted the OSS Greek Operational group in 1944 as they aided the Greek armed resistance in their fight against the occupying and then withdrawing German Army. Constantinos died on March 29, 1960 at the age of 38 and is now buried in the Peninsula Memorial Park, Newport News, Newport News City, Virginia, USA.
