Alexander W. Keer was born in 1911. He enlisted in the Army on January 26, 1941 in New York. Alexander was a volunteer with ties to Greece that assisted the OSS Greek Operational group in 1944 as they aided the Greek armed resistance in their fight against the occupying and then withdrawing German Army. He died in 2002 and is now buried in the Bantam Burying Ground, Bantam, Litchfield County, Connecticut, USA.
