John L. Pesko was born on September 26, 1922 in Warren County Pennsylvania. He served in the Canadian Army in WW2 in the 5th Armd. Regt.iment, 8th Princess Louise's (New Brunswick) Hussars, R.C.A.C.. He was killed in Action on May 27, 1944 and is buried in the CWGC cemetery in Cassino, Italy.
