William Henry Mansfield, aged 18, was born on June 1, 1900. He served in the US Naval Reserve Force aboard USS Utah as a Seaman 2nd Class, US Naval Reserve Force, during World War I. He died of pnemonia on October 26, 1918 and was initially buried in the Old Church Cemetery, Cobh, Ireland. His final resting place is in the Richmond Cemetery, Richmond, Madison County, Kentucky, USA.
