                            Richard Huber was born on May 16, 1919 in Los Angeles County, California. He was the son of William Huber and Martha Springer Kier Huber. He served in the 378th Fighter Squadron, 362nd Fighter Group as a Lieutenant during World War II. Lt. Huber was killed while on training on August 4, 1943, in a mid-air collission with Lt. Charles M. Armstrong. Lt. Huber is now buried in the Forest Lawn Memorial Park, Glendale, Los Angeles County, California, USA.
