Robert H. Walls was born on May 21, 1916. He was married to Evelyn Jennings Walls. Robert served in the 633rd Quartermaster Laundry Company during World War II. He was killed on December 1, 1944, in the bombardment on the coal mine terrain Julia, during the liberation of Kerkrade-Eygelshoven, The Netherlands. He was killed together with 16 soldiers and one civilian. PFC Walls is now buried in the Pine Grove Cemetery, Glencoe, Etowah County, Alabama, USA.
