Clifford Eugene White, aged 25, was born on May 15, 1918, in Adamson, Pittsburg County, Oklahoma. He was the son of John L. White and Anna Robin Allen White.
Clifford served in the 328th Bomber Squadron, 93rd Bomber Group, Heavy, as a Staff Sergeant and Engineer/Top Turret Gunner of the B24H #41-28590 during World War II. He was Killed in Action on March 29, 1944, when his airplane collided with the B24J #42-110033 and crashed into Henham, England, while leaving for a raid over Germany. He is now buried in the Cambridge American Cemetery, Cambridge, United Kingdom.
