Moran Scott Morris was born on June 9, 1917, in Caddo, Oklahoma. He was the son of Mr. and Mrs. Walter H. Morris, of Los Angeles, California, U.S.A.
Moran served in the 133 (Eagle) Sqdn., Royal Air Force Volunteer Reserve, as a Pilot Officer during World War II. He was shot down during a raid on May 31, 1942, and is now buried in the Janval Cemetery, Dieppe, France.
