Joseph Anthony Foglio, of Cape May County, New Jersey, was born on February 5, 1916. He enlisted in the Army on May 12, 1941, and at the time of his death, was serving in the 8th Tank Destroyer Battalion, 4th Armored Division, as a Technician 5th Grade. He was killed in Pont-Scorff, France, on August 8, 1944, and is now buried in the Seaside Cemetery, Marmora, Cape May County, New Jersey, USA.
