Louis Neal Beaudry was born on September 16, 1924. He was the son of Alfred Joseph Beaudry and Virginia Elizabeth Delorme Winters.
He attended Valley County Schools. He was attending a Vocational Training School in Oregon when he enlisted in the Marines at Portland about two years ago. He underwent training at San Diego and Pendleton, California, and later underwent further training in New Caledonia.
He served in Company L, 3rd Battalion, 4th Marine Regiment, 1st Provisional Marine Brigade, as a Private First Class during World War II. He was Killed in Action on July 27, 1944, during the Battle for Guam.
