Clyde B. Bigger was born on November 3, 1910, in Burgettstown, Washington County, Pennsylvania. He was the son of Richard Bigger and Susan Burford Bigger.
He served in Company C, 305th Infantry Regiment, 77th Infantry Division as a Private First Class during World War II. He died in 1944, during the Battle for Guam.
