Edward Andrew Boever was born on July 6, 1925, in Saint Louis, St. Louis City, Missouri. He was the son of George Clement Boever and Hallie E Hammond Boever.
He served in the Headquarters and Service Company, 3rd Marine Regiment, 3rd Marine Division as a Private First Class during World War II. He was Killed in Action on July 22, 1944, during the Battle for Guam.
