Eugene Ginda was born on October 1, 1920, in Carteret, Middlesex County, New Jersey. He was the son of Harry Ginda and Pearl Ginda.
He served in Company C, 1st Battalion, 19th Marine Regiment, 3rd Marine Division as a Sergeant during World War II. He was Killed in Action on July 27, 1944, during the Battle for Guam.
