Frank Paul Harmon was born on April 19, 1919. He was the son of Lawrence J. Harmon and Elizabeth O'Connor Harmon.
He served in Company I, 3rd Battalion, 4th Marine Regiment, 1st Provisional Marine Brigade as a Sergeant during World War II. He was Killed in Action on July 27, 1944, during the Battle for Guam.
