Owen Patrick “Pat” Lillie was born on August 24, 1919, in Grand Haven, Ottawa County, Michigan. He was the son of Hugh Lillie and Florence Carpenter Lillie.
He served in Company A, 1st Armored Amphibian Tractor Battalion, 1st Provisional Marine Brigade as a Captain during World War II. He was Killed in Action on July 21, 194, during the Battle for Guam.
