Michael Nasypany was born on January 2, 1914. He was the son of Wasyl Nasypany and Eva Bundyk Nasypany.
He served in Company F, 2nd Battalion, 3rd Marine Regiment, 3rd Marine Division as a Corporal during World War II. He was Killed in Action on July 25, 1944, during the Battle for Guam.
