Robert R. Miller was born on June 24, 1923. He was the son of Arthur Y. Miller and Florence H. Miller. He had a daughter namely Barbara Ann Miller. He graduated from Boyertown High School. He entered the service in December 1942.

Robert served in the 507th Infantry Regiment, 82nd Airborne Division, as a Private First Class during World War II. PFC Miller was Killed in Action on June 6, 1944, during the Battle of Graignes in France. He is now buried in Union Cemetery, Boyertown, Berks County, Pennsylvania, USA.
