Clarence R. Woodall was born on November 18, 1923. He was the son of George H. Woodall and Etta Mae Garland Woodall.

Clarence served in the 507th Infantry Regiment, 82nd Airborne Division, as a Private during World War II. He was Killed in Action on July 13, 1944, during the Battle of Graignes in France. Pvt Woodall is now buried in Fairhill Cemetery, Le Flore County, Oklahoma, USA, and was awarded the Purple Heart.
