William Lyle Kiggins was serving his country during World War II when he gave his all in the line of duty. He had enlisted in the United States Army Air Forces. Kiggins had the rank of Second Lieutenant. His military occupation or specialty was Pilot. Service number assignment was O-1692808. Attached to 31st Fighter Group, 308th Fighter Squadron.
