Sylvester E. Kamedulski was born on December 31, 1910, in Wisconsin. He was the son of Joseph John Kamedulski and Sophia F. Krzeminski Kamedulski. He entered the service on August 7, 1942. He served in the 318th Infantry Regiment, 80th Infantry Division, as a Private during World War II.

Pvt Kamedulski was Killed in Action on August 19, 1944, during the liberation of Argentan, France. He is now buried in the Saint Adalbert's Cemetery, Milwaukee, Milwaukee County, Wisconsin, USA.
