Isaac Emanuel Baker was born on May 11, 1922, in Florida. He was the son of Jennie B. Baker. He enlisted in the service on December 12, 1942, and served during World War II. He served in the 2nd Airborne Ranger Company as a Sergeant First Class and Medical NCO during the Korean War.
SFC Baker was Killed in Action January 7, 1951, near Tanyang, South Korea. He is now buried in the Magnolia Cemetery, Blountstown, Calhoun County, Florida, USA.
