Haruo Moriyasu was born on November 27, 1925. He served in the 7th Infantry Regiment, 3rd Infantry Division, as a Corporal and Light Weapons Infantryman during the Korean War.
Cpl Moriyasu was Killed in Action on May 23, 1951, in South Korea. He is now buried in the National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific, Honolulu, Honolulu County, Hawaii, USA.
